The Asian Amateur Chess Championships – 2026 will be held in Bangkok, Thailand from 20th November to 30th November 2026. Eligibility Criteria
Participation is limited to players who competed in the National Amateur Chess Championships 2026, held in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, and finished among the top 50 players in the final ranking list. All entries submitted for the Asian Amateur Chess Championships remain subject to approval by the AICF and the championship organisers. Interested participants and accompanying persons must complete a mandatory Google Form, and no entry will be entertained after 26th October 2026.
Participation Fees
The costs for the event vary depending on room preference and participant category. The following fee structure applies, with all listed amounts covering registration fees, entry fees, accommodation charges, and bank charges only:

Important Guidelines
- The AICF will not extend expenses related to entry fees, registration fees, accommodation beyond the listed package, tickets, visa processing, or insurance.
- Players and accompanying persons are required to make their own arrangements for visa applications and flight bookings.
- Visa invitation letters will be shared with all concerned parties once received from the relevant authorities.
- Online payments can be submitted through the AICF payment portal at https://prs.aicf.in/pay.
- All entries remain subject to approval by the AICF and championship organisers.
Registration Deadline
Participants must submit the mandatory Google Form before the deadline of 26th October 2026. The AICF has advised all interested players and accompanying persons to read the event circular and AICF guidelines carefully before registering for the championships.
